- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund.
- The refund will be made via the original payment method used when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.
- Please note that refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Shipping costs:

- The costs for return shipment are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or in the event of a manufacturing error or damage during transport.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed.
